Abstract

The main principles of individual and society nature analysis in Russian sociology in the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century are considered. The interrelation and mutual interaction of Russian and French sociological schools are shown. The methodological peculiarities and special characteristics of Russian sociological school that manifest in psychologization i.e. studies focusing on the problem of personality considered as a holistic system developing in the process of interaction with social environment
