Социально-психологические факторы успешности карьеры

Анализируются концепции, затрагивающие социально-психологическую проблематику успешности карьеры. Обсуждаются существующие определения и подходы к понятию карьеры, возможные векторы изучения данной проблемы. Детально рассматриваются факторы успешности карьерных процессов, включая типологии соответствия карьеры и личности. Формулируется авторское определение карьеры, предлагается подход к оценке наиболее значимых ее детерминант, подразумевающий выделение комплексных личностных и организационных факторов.
