Особенности переживания успешности «вертикальной» и «горизонтальной» карьеры сотрудниками организаций

Изучаются комплексные взаимосвязи между структурными компонентами профессиональной Я-концепции и оценками успешности карьеры у сотрудников различных организаций (125 человек в возрасте от 20 до 55 лет). Выявлены особенности переживания успешности карьеры сотрудниками в зависимости от того, выступает ли объектом оценки собственная карьера или карьера коллег по работе. Делается вывод об усложнении существующих моделей успешности за счет использования сотрудниками в качестве критериев успешности стандартов как вертикальной, так и горизонтальной карьеры.
