The issues of development of cultural-historical paradigm in modern science are discussed from the perspective of the cultural-analytical approach for interpretation and synthesis of cultural-psychological research at the intersection of psychology and related sciences. It is argued that the cultural-historical paradigm in modern science is provided a variety of intellectual traditions, approaches and trends; at the same time it acquires the features of transdisciplinary and transnationality. This cultural-analytical approach demonstrates the importance of latent movements, underrated ideas and hidden trends in the history of science. In its conceptual framework the reconstruction of the lost cultural-psychological heritage, the restoration of undeservedly forgotten ideas and names is made. The history of psychology is transformed here into a continuous stream of rethinking and recontextualization of cultural-psychological knowledge.
