The relationship of professional self-realization (career growth) and personality self-actualization was studied in samples of respondents who built and failed to build a career during 2003–2008. Three levels of relationship were defined: (1) the level of activity and motivation, (2) the level of values and meanings, (3) the level of socialization and individualization (professionaland personal identities). Results showed that one of the most important factors of the first level is the self-efficacy, which executes the formative role in system generation. On the second level the main factor is the presence or absence of the conflict between professional career and personal values. The third level fulfils the function of integration.
