Проявления благодарности во время эпидемии COVID-19

Представленное исследование посвящено изучению выраженности и направленности благодарности во время пандемии COVID-19 в сравнении с предшествующим стабильным периодом времени (до пандемии). Использовались Тест благодарности, обиды и признательности (GRAT), Опросник благодарности (GQ-6), а также открытый вопрос «За что и кому вы сейчас больше всего благодарны?». Ответы на открытый вопрос были собраны только во время пандемии. Показано, что до пандемии респонденты были в целом более благодарными, чем во время пандемии, но значимые различия присутствуют не по всем субшкалам методики GRAT. Ответы на открытый вопрос показали, что респонденты чаще всего, несмотря на все сопутствующие тяготы, выражают благодарность сложившейся из-за пандемии ситуации за новые появившиеся возможности. Реже всего респонденты отмечали благодарность самим себе. Результаты ответов на открытый вопрос также показали, что есть значимые различия в проявлении благодарности в зависимости от возраста. Заключается, что даже в трудные жизненные периоды люди способны испытывать благодарность за разные опыты, привилегии и объекты, однако выраженность благодарности несколько ниже по сравнению со стабильным периодом жизни. На основе полученных данных можно сделать вывод о необходимости развивать, изучать и распространять практики проявления благодарности как одного из важных личностных ресурсов.
