«Шкала душевной боли» Р. Холдена и «Шкала безнадежности» А. Бека: диагностические возможности для предсказания суицидального риска

Статья посвящена проверке психометрических характеристик русскоязычных версий методик «Шкала душевной боли» Р. Холдена и «Шкала безнадежности» А. Бека, а также установлению для них нормативных показателей. Нормативная выборка для первой шкалы составила 343 человека, 281 женщин (81.9%) и 62 мужчин, возраст участников также от 17 до 25 лет (19.6±1,04), для второй шкалы – 626 человек и включала 284 женщин (45.5%) и 340 мужчин (2 участника не указали пол). Возраст участников был тем же (19.4±0,95). Клиническая выборка состояла из 146 пациентов кризисного стационара от 16 до 48 лет (23.1±5,9), 105 женщин (72%) и 41 мужчина, у которых наблюдались суицидальные мысли. Для проверки структуры опросников и установления пороговых значений применялась модель современной теории тестирования для рейтинговых шкал. Подтвердилась одномерная структура обоих опросников: полная версия «Шкалы душевной боли» и сокращенная версия (11 пунктов) «Шкалы безнадежности». Они могут считаться надежными и валидными инструментами для выявления суицидального риска у молодежи.
