Авторитарность в структуре личностных черт

Связь авторитарности с чертами личности рассматривалась на выборке 18–78 лет (М = 26,58, SD = 12,91). В исследовании участвовал 401 человек (55,9% – женщины). Для диагностики авторитарности использовался краткий опросник авторитарности правого толка Альтемейера (RWA), адаптированный авторами исследования. Он позволяет определить три показателя – Авторитарное подчинение и агрессию, Конвенционализм, Общую авторитарность. Для диагностики диспозиционных черт личности использовалась русская версия шестифакторного опросника (HEXACO-PI-R), позволяющего оценить Честность / Скромность, Эмоциональность, Экстраверсию, Доброжелательность, Сознательность и Открытость опыту. Авторитарность нелинейно изменяется с возрастом и достигает наиболее высокого значения в группе старше 60 лет. Различия между мужчинами и женщинами обнаруживаются по всем показателям авторитарности (у мужчин авторитарность выше, величина эффекта (d Коэна) находится в пределах 0,30–0,43). С авторитарностью связана позиция респондента в родительской семье: единственные дети имеют более низкую авторитарность, чем те, у кого есть сиблинги. При этом ни количество детей в семье, ни порядок рождения с авторитарностью не связаны. При анализе взаимосвязей авторитарности и диспозиционных черт личности показано, что показатель авторитарного подчинения и агрессии обнаруживает значимые связи с низкой Открытостью опыту (r = –0,25), низкой Эмоциональностью (r = –0,22), Экстраверсией (r = 0,23), Доброжелательностью (r = 0,19) и Сознательностью (r = 0,13). Показатель конвенционализма – с Сознательностью (r = 0,24), Экстраверсией (r = 0,18) и Честностью / Скромностью (r = 0,12).
